NT Jikwa - Director & Writer
Born in Mdantsane, East London, NT studied at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. That is where he also received training in Performing Arts from Thamsanqa Mbongo. He has been an active performer since then. Upon completing his training, NT was cast as a lead actor for a theatre production called “The Spirit of Shakespeare in Africa” that went to the National Arts Festival in 2017 and in the same year he got his big breakthrough in a Television series by Bomb Shelter & The Narrators Africa called Nkululeko.

In 2018 he was cast for other film and television roles as an actor and that is when he was inspired to enhance his skills. He attended online training sessions to advance his skills. NT Jikwa’s writing and directing debuted in 2019 when he wrote and co-directed his indie short-film ‘Family, Aren’t We?’ That was well received, and the same year he wrote a theatre play called ‘A Religion Apart’ that also went to the National Arts Festival in 2019.

Through his dedication to the arts NT was recruited to join a growing film production company ‘CUMI MEDIA’ as a head writer and then was promoted to MD of the company. Since then he has been traveling nationally and internationally preaching the gospel of artistry through creating and educating the young generation and his peers. Currently NT is running his latest theatre play that is sold out at the Suideoosterfes, 'A Funeral: Is he being reasonable?'

Marshly Rammala

Marshly is a multi-talented artist, born and raised in South Africa. Her passion for art was ignited at a young age by her grandfather, who taught her the skill and talent of crafting. She continued to explore various art forms throughout her life, including drama, animation, and music. Marshly believes in the power of art to tell a story and connect people on a deeper level. 

In 2022, Marshly pursued further studies in jewelry design at Cape Peninsula 
University of Technology (CPUT), where she also joined the CPUT Performing 
Art Society. Through this society, Marshly has had the opportunity to showcase her skills as an actor in two plays so far but is eager to perform in more. As an artist, Marshly takes calculated risks and embraces the opportunity to dream, build, fail, and succeed. She stands proud and unafraid to think and act for herself, knowing that the journey of self-discovery and self-expression through art is her heritage.
