The Silent Catastrophe revolves around the sabotage of self. 

A group of wise men and women saw the social ills that affect our youth - drugs for entertainment, sex as a hobby - disrupting their holistic health. 

A Xhosa woman, uMama Nondlela, reflects back on her personal experience, and feels things were much better when they were young, happy, and healthy, despite the ruling powers of the oppressor. 

She acknowledges facts that freedom had a huge impact on our mental health. Later she requests Pastors, soothsayers, and traditional healers to pray for a better nation in order to combat the darkness that we've come to accept as a norm. Healers call upon light for our nation. She believes there's light after the dark and the light is stronger than the dark.
