The Quiet is a haunting one woman theatrical experience.
A lonely woman seeks solace in an old, secluded house where silence seems to breathe through the walls. One evening, she discovers an aged, dust-covered book, a collection of untitled, handwritten stories with no name and no author.
Curiosity turns to obsession as she begins to read the stories aloud. Each tale feels uncannily familiar, as if they were written about her...her thoughts, her memories, her secrets. And as her voice fills the empty rooms the house listens.
Soon, the stories begin to rewrite themselves. Words shift, endings change, and a voice within the pages starts whispering back. There is one last story she never intended to read - the final one - titled The Quiet. When she speaks its words, she realises too late she is no longer the reader. She is the ending.
