About the Artists
Enkosi Salaphi is a singer and songwriter who was born and raised in the Eastern Cape in a small village called Dutywa. Born into a musical family she began singing at the age of 5 and the performance bug in her has never left. Enkosi's music is deeply rooted in AFRO POP with a unique focus on bringing healing to the listener through the music. Her God-given talent is yet to be experienced by the world.
Deep Ill Army Warriors, commonly known as DILLAW, is a hip-hop group based in Duncan Village, East London, South Africa. The group was established in 2007 and emerged from the Ford neighbourhood. Since its formation, DILLAW has been driven by a strong passion for music and a commitment to sharing authentic stories and experiences through hip-hop.
