Through traditional Chinese percussion, the five components of the earth are displayed. The production includes a combination of different Chinese drumming skills together with traditional rhythm, martial arts, and modern percussion forms. The performance is diverse and filled with new Chinese drum techniques that are advanced and adventurous. This year’s production, Mother Earth, is an exciting and energized performance!

The production is all about the Earth and how it revolves around human beings, and is divided into 5 categories. In the Making Day and Night, all living beings are nurtured. In the Daybreak as the stars dimmed and the sun brought light, all living beings are empowered to express their brilliant existence. In The New Look the diversity of living beings and abundant nutrients give rise to the vibrant and magnificent prosperity. In the Rhythm of Life the weak are the prey of the strong - survival of the fittest. Lastly the Everlasting Light, the cycle of rebirth is endless an open mind leads to promising prospects; a purified mind turns every place into a pure land.
