This production focuses on gender based violence, and stands as warning to women to be aware of the signs of abuse.
Three women mistake the abuse they suffer at the hands of their partners for some kind of love language. By the time they realise they are victims of violence, it is too late and they tell their stories from the grave.

About the Artists
Lizzy Ranta is a script writer, director and actress. She has performed at The National Arts Festival for several years. Performances include Spakapaku by the Mmabana Arts, Culture and Sports Foundation (2003), Beyond Childlessness directed by Stanley Letebele (2009), Bana ke Bokamoso written by Stanley Letebele, directed by Pule Phetoe and choreographed by Letlhogonolo Dlamini (2010), and Son of the Soil written and directed by Stanley Letebele (2022).
