UHADI LOMXESIBE is an 8-piece Jazz band from Mount Ayliff, South Africa. Their unique entertainment brand fuses messages reflecting how the communities of eMaxesibeni make a living, handle the problems they encounter, and express their feelings whether happy or sad.

 

Senqu Dipina

Senqu Dipina is a dynamic band that emerged from the picturesque town of Lady Grey in 2024. Led by the visionary Ongezwa Mkumla, this ensemble has quickly made a name for itself by blending modern RnB with contemporary sounds, creating a unique musical experience that resonates with both local and global audiences.

About the Artists

Vibe Nation SA

The Vibe Nation SA is a 5 piece band consisting of a keyboardist, drummer, bass guitarist, lead guitarist and trombonist with male and female vocalists (depending on the performance needs). 

 

The band was established in 2022 and started off as a backing band for various artists. The band grew to where they started hosting our own shows and that is where the vocalists came on board. 

 

The band is versatile and covers a broad range of musical genres such as; Afro Soul, RnB, Pop, Jazz, Afrikaans music and Reggae. 

 

Vibe Nation SA has been performing at various festivals, birthday parties, and weddings, corporate and private events. The band has performed at the JBay opening of season and New Year's Eve festival since 2022, backing Stephanie Baartman (actress in Getroud met rugby).

 

UHADI LOMXESIBE

UHADI LOMXESIBE is an 8-piece Jazz band from Mount Ayliff, South Africa. The band was formed on 3 March 2021, founded by Khayelihle (Sello) & Busiswa (Busie), from a collection of Funk-loving Jazz nerds who met at church and at the village. 

 

Their unique entertainment brand fuses messages reflecting how the communities of eMaxesibeni make a living, handle the problems they encounter, and express their feelings whether happy or sad.

 

There are three harmonic vocals, one main vocal & four instrumentalists with flashy choreography, and a surprising set of changes during the performance that will make you dance, cry, or smile, depending on how the message is portrayed.  

 

The band is now hailed as Mount Ayliff's best jazz and songwriters by Ward Councilor Linda Mveku, and Mr Malixole Giwu. UHADI LOMXESIBE has performed over 50 shows on different platforms and towns and has shared the stage with the most popular and well-known artists. Their original lyrics and arrangements - whether vocal or instrumental - are directed by Sello (MD) & Busie (main vocal). SAKHIWO, AYAVUYA  & Mr Nokwabuza are experienced vocalists who create great harmonies on uHadi.

Currently, the band is working on a new single called isikhalo saManina (which focuses on GBV), which they plan to launch in December, 2024.

Senqu Dipina

Senqu Dipina is composed of eight talented members, each bringing their own flair and expertise to the group. The band includes three powerful female vocalists and five versatile male backup singers and instrumentalists.
