State of Propertie revolves around two guys who’ve been living together in a hostel room from the beginning of the rainbow nation in 1994. They both face the same issues everyday of their lives, with the only difference being how they see democracy reflected in their daily lives. 

Together they unpack their thoughts and concerns, each trying to come up with a plan to solve the other's problem. Yet they are different races…State is a white guy and Propertie is a black guy. This is a story that shows that love for each other as South African people is possible.
