Faith in Love is a story about a young man, Khumbu, reflecting on the experience of his first true love. Coming of age, societal pressures, and religious extremism are just a few of the gripping themes of this story. Khumbu must navigate various obstacles including overzealous church leaders, an over-protective father with murder in his eyes and over bearing community members who are ready to inflict the worst pain on anyone who goes against the status quo. This gripping story has comedic peaks, and dramatic valleys which evoke empathy.
