Neurospicey
Tarryn Light Productions
Cabaret & Musical Theatre / Beethoven Room

Get ready for a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience that defies labels and breaks all the rules. Neurospicey is part stand-up comedy, part live music concert, and part deeply personal storytelling — woven together into a bold, unfiltered journey through the beautifully chaotic mind of Tarryn Light.

In this raw, honest, and often hilarious production, Tarryn invites you into her world as she navigates life as a proudly “neurospicey” human — living with both ADHD and Autism. Through a powerful blend of music, humour, and heartfelt reflection, she unpacks the realities of relationships, parenting, finances, career, and the everyday challenges of simply existing in a world that was never designed for brains like hers.

With her signature theatrical flair, quick wit, and unmistakable vulnerability, Tarryn shares the moments we don’t often talk about — the overwhelm, the masking, the burnout — alongside the magic: the creativity, the passion, the hyperfocus, and the joy that comes with thinking differently.

This is not a lecture. It’s not a clinical explanation. It’s a lived experience brought to life on stage. Along the way, audiences will gain a deeper understanding of ADHD and Autism, not through textbooks, but through story, song, and shared humanity. You’ll find yourself laughing out loud one moment, wiping away tears the next, and maybe even singing along as the music carries you through the highs and lows of the neurodivergent experience.

Neurospicey is more than just a show — it’s a mirror, a celebration, and a conversation starter. Whether you identify as neurodivergent, love someone who is, or are simply curious to understand the world through a different lens, this performance promises connection, compassion, and a whole lot of heart.

You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll feel seen.
And most of all… you’ll walk away seeing yourself — and others — in a whole new light.
