Grommels
Angelique Filter & Robert Hindley
Children's Theatre / Family Fare / Glennie Hall

A big grey wall encloses a small grey world. In this world, colour is but a memory. A dream. This is the world in which Bluegrommel and Yellowgrommel live – the last colours left. A Grommel always wears a hat. A Grommel catches sun. A Grommel catches rain.

Until a day comes that isn't like every other grommerige grommelday... The little wall-men's whisperings become a whirlwind. From all the grommeling comes thunder. The Grommels' world turns upside down.

What happens when the walls between us begin to turn? What happens when opposites find each other, in a moment of... magic?

Join us on a playful journey of discovery, where beauty and joy can be found in simplicity. Where nature's colours of hope can grow inside us once more. We just need to open our eyes.
